Tiffany Haynes has over 20 years of professional experience, beginning with their role as a Payroll Specialist at Artic Coastal Transport in 1999. In 2002, they joined Jack Henry & Associates as a Manager, Admin & Communications, where they were responsible for launching and sustaining the Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) program. Tiffany then became a Corporate Project Manager, Communications Specialist - PeopleSoft Implementation, and Senior Manager before being promoted to Chief People Officer in 2017. In this role, they generated $21.6M in savings in healthcare benefit spend over 3 years and created a full, modernized HR corporate support model from the ground-up.
