Senior Software Engineer at Fingerprint for Success

Frederick Stark has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and web development industries. Frederick began their career in 2006 as a Website Developer and Administrator for BUFF DOWN UNDER Pty Ltd. In 2011, they became the QLD State Coordinator and QLD Online Coordinator for the Australian Youth Climate Coalition. Their responsibilities included managing the Facebook and Twitter presence, and managing the email program and segmentation for the branch. In 2013, they became the Director of Technology, Data and Insights for Persuasive Conversations, managing call centre software and generating reports and analysis of caller performance. Frederick then moved to the Colorado Coordinated Campaign as a Field Data Liason in 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they worked for the Australian Labor Party as a Digital Organiser (Web Developer), developing and managing the digital assets for Labor's national election campaign. In 2017, they became a Full Stack Developer for Displayground. Finally, in 2020, they joined Fingerprint for Success (F4S) as a Senior Software Engineer.

Frederick Stark completed a Bachelor's Degree in Web Technologies from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of IT in Website Development between 2008 and 2009. Additionally, they have a certification as a Nationbuilder Certified Expert.
