Arttu Niemelä

Arttu Niemelä has over 7 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Arttu currently works as a Senior Software Developer at Silo AI. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at Mehiläinen from October 2020 to January 2023. Arttu also has experience as a Software Engineer at Trä Group and HEAL from September 2018 to September 2020. Previously, Arttu worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oulu from February 2017 to August 2018. Arttu also gained experience as an Electrical Technician at Nokia in various roles from 2015 to 2016.

Arttu Niemelä completed their Finnish Matriculation Examination at Oulun Suomalaisen Yhteiskoulun Lukio from 2008 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Oulu, which they obtained between 2012 and 2017. Arttu further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2016 to 2018.
