Michelle Duval

Michelle Duval is a professional and personal development expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Fingerprint for Success (F4S), a platform that empowers individuals and teams to work better together. Michelle also founded and led Equilibrio - Coaching Company, a developmental and transformational coaching company, from 1997. In 2000, Michelle became a Co-constructor of The New Human, a movement of men and women across the world who are following the creative impulse to co-construct new business, education and health systems. In 2006, they founded and mentored Excelerate Coach Mentoring (ECM), an international forum for new and experienced professional coaches. Michelle also published Actualise Daily, an online magazine, in 2002, and co-founded The MCF - Meta-Coach Foundation and The Meta-Coach Training System, an advanced professional coach training, in 2003. In 2002, they co-developed Energetic Living, a health and wellbeing research, analysis and system.

Michelle Duval has a Hotel Management degree from Southern Cross University and a Master of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Derby, where they studied Coaching.
