Sofia Marie Kristel Tampilic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sofia Marie Kristel started their career at ABS-CBN Corporation in 2017 as a Filipino Translator and Dubbing Scriptwriter. In 2018, they worked at STI as an English Instructor, where they taught various subjects and organized seminars. Sofia Marie Kristel then transitioned to the Aloutta Group in 2019, serving as a Copywriter, where they designed presentation materials and prepared reports on marketing projections. In the same year, they joined Enderun Colleges as an ESL Instructor, responsible for developing and evaluating marketing strategies. Throughout 2020, Sofia worked as a Filipino Translator at Overcoming Church. In 2021, they joined italki as an English Second Language Tutor. Later that year, they moved to Fing, where they served as a Customer Success Lead. Currently, they work at Fingerprint for Success as the Customer & User Happiness Lead and also worked as a Growth Assistant.

Sofia Marie Kristel Tampilic pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree at STI College from 2014 to 2018. Sofia Marie Kristel completed their degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies during this time. Additionally, they also attended STI College Global City, where they studied Communications and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in the same duration.

In November 2020, Sofia Marie Kristel Tampilic obtained certification in "Teach English Now! Foundational Principles" from Coursera Certified Courses.
