Roman Vishnevskii has worked in the software engineering industry since 2014. Roman began as a Competitive Programming Coach at the Lyceum of Information Technologies. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer I and Junior Developer at Xored Software Inc and as a Software Engineering Intern at Intel Corporation. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at the Tinkoff Bank. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at a Research Institute, where they implemented the backend part of a web-application which allowed users to do an atomic swap of different cryptocurrencies. Roman also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Indeed.com, where they implemented a data compression feature which decreased network bandwidth by 35 TB per day. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer at Huawei. Currently, they are a Senior Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer at Fingerprint.
Roman Vishnevskii graduated from Novosibirsk State University (NSU) in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. In 2021, they obtained a Mentor school of practicum certification from Yandex. Roman also holds an ACM ICPC results certification from the Association for Computing Machinery.
