Elina Yrttiaho

Elina Yrttiaho has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elina currently works as an HR Manager at Fingersoft since January 2020. Prior to that, they had a role as an HR Specialist and a Project Manager at Talenom from August 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, Elina worked as a Service Manager at Talenom from May 2015 to August 2017, where they led a team of 7 people and was responsible for team management, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Before joining Talenom, Elina worked as an Accountant at Pohjois-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö from April 2013 to May 2015. Elina also gained experience in financing and daily banking services as a Financing Advisor and a Service Advisor at OP-Pohjola Group from March 2011 to December 2012. In 2010, Elina worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oulu, collecting data for academic research. Elina also had administrative roles as a Financial Administration Assistant at Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy in 2010 and 2009. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant at Oulun Remonttimylly Oy in 2008. Elina's earliest work experience includes being a Group Instructor at the University of Oulu in 2007 and a Property Management Assistant at Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy in 2007. Elina Yrttiaho completed their Master's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Oulu from 2006 to 2011. Elina then pursued further studies in the field of Työ- ja organisaatiopsykologia (Work and Organizational Psychology) at the University of Eastern Finland from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, Elina obtained a professional qualification in Lähiesimiestyön ammattitutkinto (Supervisory Work) from PSK-Aikuisopisto. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in 2009-2010.
