Lukas Hrban has a diverse work experience that spans across several industries. Lukas is currently the Head of Collection Operations at Finular since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Collections at MBA Consult from April 2022 to December 2022 and from March 2021 to March 2022. Before MBA Consult, Lukas served as the Operational Collection Manager at Cashwagon from February 2019 to February 2021. Lukas also held various roles at MBA Consult, including Collection Strategy Manager from May 2018 to September 2018, Project Manager from October 2017 to April 2018, and Management Trainee from June 2017 to September 2017. Lukas gained experience as a Localization Specialist (part-time) at Pactera from October 2015 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, Lukas worked as a Customer Service & Supply Chain Representative at HENKEL Slovakia, spol. s r.o. from December 2012 to November 2014. Lukas also served as a Pool Manager at Guardian Aquatics, Inc. from May 2012 to September 2012.

Lukas Hrban's education history begins with their attendance at Gymnazium Jura Hronca from 2003 to 2007. Lukas then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Comenius University in Bratislava from 2007 to 2010. Lukas continued their education at Comenius University, obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2010 to 2012.

In 2011, Lukas briefly studied Business administration at Koc University. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled in the University of Science and Technology Beijing, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

Additionally, Lukas acquired several certifications. In 2016, they successfully completed the HSK (Level 5) - Chinese Proficiency Test through Confucius Institute Online. Lukas also obtained certifications in blockchain and cryptocurrency from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy, including "Javascript Programming for Blockchain Developers" in January 2021, "Bitcoin Standard" in October 2020, "Blockchain & Bitcoin 101" in October 2020, and "Ethereum 101" in October 2020.
