Vladimir Vereskoun

Vladimir Vereskoun has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and finance industry. Vladimir is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Fingular, a role they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Silvercliff Capital since September 2015, where they provided advisory services in transactional, legal, and corporate finance projects, with a focus on APAC and EMEA regions. Vladimir also co-founded Trustle in February 2019, a legal knowledge marketplace startup.

Before their role at Silvercliff Capital, Vladimir worked at Baker Botts LLP as a Senior Associate from October 2007 to September 2015. In this position, they worked on various projects in M&A/Corporate, PE/VC, and Energy sectors, including high-profile regional projects and international megadeals. Vladimir was also a member of the firm's PE and Global Projects Group.

Vladimir Vereskoun obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Trade Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO. Vladimir completed their studies from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they have also pursued CFA Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute.
