Dan Roper

Dan Roper is an accomplished professional in the field of data science, currently serving as the Director of Data Science for Entity Recognition at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, since February 2021. In this role, Dan focuses on enhancing financial transactions to simplify financial management for users while promoting Open Banking principles. Prior to this, Dan owned Data Analytics Computing from 2005 to February 2021, and served as the Director of Development at ProPay from 1998 to 2005, where unique micromerchant payment systems were designed and developed. Dan's career began as a Computer Programmer at IBM from 1995 to 1998, laying a strong foundation in technology and analytics.
