Matt Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2001, they worked as a Sales Enablement Manager and Training and Development at QuicKnowledge, Inc., where they were responsible for retaining customers and increasing sales. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Sales Enablement and Development Manager at Investools, monitoring staff performance and facilitating classroom training. Matt then joined Utah Charter Academies in 2006 as a Senior Education Consultant, contributing to the successful launch of new public institutions through curriculum development and training. In 2017, they worked at Trex Fencing - CFC Distributors as the Senior Manager of New Business Development, leading strategic partnerships and branding initiatives. Matt was also the Site Training Director at The Results Companies from 2017 to 2018, managing training outcomes for over 700 staff members. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Training & Enablement at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, where they provide thought leadership, strategic facilitation, and coaching to enhance client enablement.

Matt Bradley completed their education in a chronological order. In 2000-2001, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Utah Valley University. This was followed by the completion of a Diploma of International Studies (I.Dip) in International Communications and Affairs from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev – KAI in 2001-2002. In 2002-2003, they pursued further education and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Utah. Lastly, in 2005-2006, they undertook studies at Trinity College Dublin, where they received a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Communication, Mediation, and Conflict Studies.
