Tash Porter

Customer Success Manager at Finimize

Tash Porter has a diverse work experience. They began their career as an Empowerment Coach in 2020, where they used their counseling skills to assist young adults in building self-confidence and achieving their goals. Throughout the 18 months in business, Tash independently grew their coaching company and client base. In 2022, Tash joined Finimize as a Customer Success Manager, where they established the customer success function and focused on reducing customer churn. They developed a customer health score dashboard to monitor subscriber engagement and conducted experiments to improve retention.

Tash Porter completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Financial Management at The University of Sheffield from 2015 to 2020. In 2021, they obtained certifications in various fields, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, an Accredited Counselling Diploma from CTAA, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. Currently, Tash is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
