Karina Silva

Karina Silva has gained extensive experience in human resources, sales, and front store management through their various roles at Target, Finishing Touch Millwork, Inc., and Interfaith Community Services. Karina's responsibilities have included talent acquisition, scheduling, payroll, screening applicants, and training and development. Karina also has experience as a housing coordinator and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from California State University San Marcos.
