Scott Walton

Scott Walton has worked in a variety of roles in the military and aerospace industry since 1997. Scott began their career as the Executive Officer/Officer in Charge of Patrol Squadron 69, where they managed a budget of over $7 million and maintained the lowest cost per flight hour in the force. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Tactical Support Center Director for Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Five, leading a team of 25 watch standers and providing tactical support and command and control to five operational squadrons and 60 aircrews. In 2005, they became the Deputy Director of Plans and Programs for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, managing the $2B National Guard/ Reserve Force Equipment Appropriations (NGREA) account. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Commanding Officer of Navy Operational Support Center Brunswick, where they designed and implemented a Strategic Plan directing daily operations of a 400 person NOSC and eleven geographically diverse NOSCs with an annual operating budget of over $70 million. From 2010 to 2018, they worked in various roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including General Manager of Domestic Airborne Programs and Executive Director of Domestic Airborne Programs. From 2018 to 2019, they were the General Manager of Airborne ISR and Defense Solutions at Collins Aerospace, managing the ISR P&L at sites in Westford MA, Hood River OR and Malvern UK and Defense sites in Rockford IL, Princeton NJ and San Dimas CA. Since 2019, they have been the General Manager of Lynx System Developers, Inc., designing and manufacturing the latest Digital Photo-Finish and F. A. T.

Scott Walton holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and an Aviation Safety degree from the Naval Postgraduate School.
