Carrie Brandes

Carrie Brandes is the VP of People at Finix. Carrie has over 10 years of experience in human resources and has worked for companies such as Caldwell Vineyard, 15Five, Redbubble, and Ubiquity Retirement + Savings. Carrie is passionate about developing people-centric cultures and has been instrumental in building out the strategic roadmap for People Experience at their previous companies. In their free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Carrie Brandes studied Merchandise Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising before getting a certification in Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace from Stanford Continuing Studies. Carrie is also a certified Gallup Strengths Based Coach and Freedom Centered Leader from WorldBlu.
