James Fisher

James Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. James is currently working at Finix as the Director of Customer Delivery. Prior to that, they held various positions at Sisense, including Senior Manager of Customer Success and Manager of SMB Customer Success. James also served as a Board Member at Gain Grow Retain, a community for Customer Success leaders in B2B SaaS organizations. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Customer Success Manager at Apptimize, Inc. and SLI Systems, where they managed customer relationships and provided support for e-commerce retailers.

James Fisher completed their A-Levels at The Burgate School and Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008. James then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and International Relations at the University of Plymouth from 2010 to 2013.
