Bibiana Rodriguez G. has been working in the industry since 2019. Bibiana began as an intern at COLSUBSIDIO, where they conducted quantitative and qualitative research on new trends in the market and interviewed internal and external clients about needs and requests for projects. Bibiana then worked as a Trainee at AlphaCredit, where they were the Product Owner of origination & disbursements loan platforms. Bibiana interviewed internal clients and stakeholders to improve the platforms' functionality and design, as well as collected data to obtain insights in order to reduce time gaps. In 2019, they also worked as a Team Manager Budgeting & Reporting at AIESEC. In 2021, they became a Product Owner at Anthology Inc., where they were the Product Owner on-demand for all teams working for the Learn Original Platform, focusing mainly on Maintenance, Security, and Perfective Enhancements teams located worldwide. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Finkargo.

Bibiana Rodriguez G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Santo Tomás in 2019, after studying there from 2015 to 2019. Bibiana then obtained a Diploma of Education in Strategic planning from Universidad de La Sabana in 2020. Additionally, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn and Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019 and 2021. Bibiana is currently studying for a Master's degree in Project Management at Universidad EAN.
