Lauren Valentine has a diverse background in procurement, leadership, and culinary arts. With experience at Finlays as a Procurement Manager and various buyer roles, Lauren has managed purchasing materials and green coffee while saving over $150,000 in packaging materials. In their role as Executive Assistant, Lauren provided HR support, CEO assistance, and event planning. Prior to Finlays, Lauren worked at Radisson as a Kitchen Supervisor and at Women and Infants Hospital as a Nutrition Intern. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Culinary Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Currently pursuing further education at Bryant University, Lauren also leads the Wellness Committee at Finlays.
