Arunas Skuja has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Market Director for Europe and General Manager for the Baltics and Eastern Europe at Finnair since April 2007. Skuja leads a multinational team, focusing on the creation and execution of sales and distribution strategies to optimize ROI, manage accounts, and support new business acquisition. Previous roles at Finnair include Sales Director for the Baltics and Eastern Europe, and Country Sales Manager for the Baltics, where Skuja demonstrated expertise in team leadership, budgeting, and brand awareness. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Manager at Czech Airlines, where Skuja handled agency support and pricing strategies. Arunas Skuja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Tourism from Klaipeda University.
