A dynamic leader with experience in talent management and social media marketing, Hanshika served as Vice President of AlumNet, where significant contributions included orchestrating career guidance webinars and implementing innovative ideas for flagship events. As the Social Media and Marketing Head, strategic campaigns were developed to enhance engagement. Additional experience includes roles in volunteer work and internships across various organizations, complementing a robust educational background featuring a Master of Arts in Advertising and Marketing Management from Amity University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.
