Sarah Baldock has extensive experience in service optimization and operations management, currently serving as Service Optimization Manager at Finning since May 2008. Over the years at Finning, Sarah has held various leadership roles, including Service & Operations Planning Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in optimizing service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to Finning, Sarah worked at CIBC as a Small Business Financial Representative from April 2006 to April 2008. Sarah obtained a degree in Project Management Leadership from NAIT in 2019 and earlier earned a degree from Saint Mary's University from 2003 to 2007.
