Elena Tamminen

Elena Tamminen currently works as a Specialist at the Finnish Refugee Council since March 2023, with previous experience as a Specialist at Helsingin työllisyyspalvelut from January 2022 to February 2023 and as a Planner for the City of Helsinki from May to December 2021. Prior roles include a Trainee position at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland in May 2020, a Project Assistant at the Nordic Development Fund from August 2018 to March 2020, and customer service positions as a Cashier at K-Market Katajanokka and a Barista/Shift Manager at Picnic Finland Oy. Elena holds a Master of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2020.
