Hardik Vijay

Hardik Vijay began their work experience as a Summer Intern at Sjain Ventures, where they focused on developing SEO and digital marketing strategies for an ecommerce and gaming platform. Hardik then worked as a Senior Executive in Finance at Antaragni, IIT Kanpur, handling various stakeholders and managing merchandise sales and vendor negotiations. At Wipro Limited, as an Intern, they worked on digital projects for a pharmaceutical company and a sports team. Hardik then joined Citi as an Assistant Manager, where they worked from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, Hardik worked as a Management Intern at JSW Steel, analyzing the supply chain and identifying ways to automate and digitize processes. Hardik also served as a Senior Coordinator in Public Relations for EXIMIUS - IIM Bangalore's Entrepreneurship Summit, working on campus ambassador programs and coordinating with various stakeholders. At Forum for Communication and Leadership, IIM Bangalore, they were a Sr. Coordinator, organizing leadership talks and placement preparation sessions. In 2022, they joined OYO as a Product Manager, overseeing global partner support and leading projects that resulted in significant impact and efficiency improvements. Currently, Hardik is working as a Manager - Digital and Analytics (Lead) at Finolex Industries Ltd, serving as a Product Manager for sales portals and leading projects related to digitization and integration of secondary sales processes.

Hardik Vijay obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2014 to 2018.
