Payment Product Manager at Finonex

Rafi Segev has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and business analysis. Rafi most recently worked at Finonex as a Payment Product Manager since July 2021. Rafi represented the largest retail companies across NCR/Retalix professional teams, handling end-to-end product lifecycle and managing customer requirements in multiple business arenas such as retail, reporting, finance, tax, marketing, and campaigns. Rafi excelled in leading discovery meetings with customers and internal teams, managing conflicts, and negotiating perceptions gaps. Rafi's expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology was evident in their ability to write user stories, epics, wireframes, and business process diagrams to develop unique requirements tailored for retailers.

Before NCR Retail, Rafi worked at TradeNetworks as a Product Manager from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they served as the inbound and outbound product manager for an international online web trading system. Rafi successfully expanded payment means used by customers in the application by integrating trading, CRM, and billing modules with third-party payment providers. Rafi also played a key role in analyzing market and customer needs, explaining business functionality to R&D teams, managing diverse product environments, and leading UI design efforts.

Rafi began their career at Maxbill as a Senior System Analyst from 2005 to 2008.
