Anthony Johnson (TJ)

Anthony "TJ" Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud financial management and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Cloud FinOps Lead at MGM Resorts International since June 2023, Johnson supports leadership initiatives for a multi-cloud estate, working with GCP, AWS, and Azure. As a FinOps Ambassador since August 2020, Johnson promotes best practices and educates local communities on the FinOps mission. Previous roles include Cloud Business Manager at Box, Managing Consultant at Advanced Cloud Analytics, and Managing Director of Business Development at RampRate. Johnson's career also encompasses significant leadership positions at Barracuda Networks, Alphalogix, Managed ASP, IBM, and service in the United States Air Force. Johnson holds a Paralegal Certificate from Irvine Valley College and has a Certified Deal Architect designation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
