Saptanto Sindu

Saptanto Sindu is a skilled Technical Lead specializing in Observability at Gojek Tech since August 2018, where significant contributions include the development of a cloud resource tagging and chargeback strategy that resulted in enhanced financial reporting and annual cost savings exceeding $15 million. Prior to this role, Saptanto served as a Product Engineer, creating an open-source stream processing framework that drastically reduced deployment time, and improved service discovery for VM Infrastructure. Additional experience includes membership in the FinOps Foundation, a Software Engineering Trainee position at GO-JEK, freelance web development, and a role as a Software Developer at UP2TI FSM Undip. Saptanto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Diponegoro University and completed a Fullstack Developer program at Hacktiv8 Indonesia.
