Arpit Sethi

Arpit Sethi has a range of work experience in the legal field. Arpit started their career as a Legal Intern at Adv. Som Parkash (Mediator) in 2020, where they handled various local level matters and conducted legal research. Arpit then worked as an Editorial Intern at the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law™ in 2021. After that, they served as a Legal Associate at Kashap & Associates, where they assisted with pre-litigation and litigation matters and performed vetting of various agreements. Arpit also worked as a Legal Associate at NRI Legal Services, handling property-related matters and drafting various legal documents. Currently, Arpit is serving as a Senior Legal Executive at Finova Capital, where they are responsible for drafting legal agreements and representing the company before various forums.

Arpit Sethi has a degree in LL.B from Punjabi University. Before that, Arpit attended SVMS High School, where they pursued a degree in Commerce with Mathematics. Arpit also completed their Matriculation from Sacred Heart Convent School. In addition to their formal education, Arpit has obtained certifications in Corporate Finance from Great Learning and holds a License of Practice from the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.
