James Walton is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business support and technical roles. Currently serving as the Group IT Business Support Team Manager at Finsbury Food Group since August 2019, James oversees the functionality and operational performance of the group ERP system, Infor M3, within a cloud environment. Prior to this role, James worked at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included managing workflow and resolving tickets as a Second Line Desktop Support Engineer, achieving a high resolution rate. James also gained valuable experience as a First Line Support agent, providing customer service for the DWP Account. Educational qualifications include a High School Diploma, Information Technology, as well as Level 3 and A-Level certifications in Information Technology, Accounting, and Business from Thomas Rotherham College.
