As a Vice President and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Finsbury Glover Hering, Nicole Dade works with leadership to define and execute ideas that advance the firms goals to further develop a more inclusive and diverse culture.

At Finsbury Glover Hering, Nicole is the point person for the corporate team, working in a coordinated effort to execute all new business contracts, track new business, manage hiring within Government Affairs, and plan office and client events. Nicole’s work also includes managing Finsbury Glover Hering’s compliance with the Lobbying Disclosure Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act on the Government Affairs team.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry where her primary responsibilities included research, editing member’s materials for publication and coordinating the grant programs sponsored by Eli Lilly and Pfizer. Prior to that, she worked as a News Desk Assistant at NBC4 Washington, conducting interviews for weekend stories as well as acting as a link between the control room and the studio.

Nicole graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. She lives in Maryland and enjoys spending her free time with her daughter Taylor.
