As the Head of Data & Analytics on Finsbury Glover Hering’s team in the firm’s Dubai office, Rayan brings 10 years of experience in digital marketing and business analytics. He is specialized in performance driven digital advertising and analytics product development and advanced measurement solutions with global experience on both client and agency side.

At Finsbury Glover Hering, Rayan works with organizations to establish enterprise level Research and Consumer Insights best practices, he provides advisory on CX road maps and technical solutions. Rayan also supports the internal and external digital teams with data driven media planning, analysis and optimization of Search Marketing, Display and Social Media Advertising campaigns. He works closely with clients to develop and build their Marketing Stack, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics use cases, Digital Transformation roadmaps and Robotic Process Automations to best evaluate how businesses achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Finsbury Glover Hering Rayan worked with international brands in various industries across the EMEA region, Americas and Australia such as Microsoft, MasterCard, Etihad Airways, Etisalat, Sony, OSN, and most recently with MAF Group, part of the Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence to lead use cases from Business case to Rollout, he led squad members, partners, data engineers, data scientists to solve and deliver on the use case.

A graduate of the University of Jordan, King Abdullah II School of Information Technology, Rayan holds a degree in Business Information Systems. He is a father of two and lives with his family in Dubai.
