Armand Magharian MSc, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Armand began their career at Mar Elias For Petroleum as a Sales Manager in 2008 and then moved on to Societe ARFO Pour Le Commerce, where they co-founded the company and worked until 2013. In 2010, they joined AFG Group Egypt as an Import Manager and later became the Commercial Director, achieving significant revenue growth.

In 2015, Armand interned at Vodafone as part of their Master's Degree Program. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Regional Account Manager at 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s., overseeing the distribution channel and implementing business strategies.

From 2018 to 2020, Armand worked as the Head of Sales at Blue Dynamic, s.r.o., where they expanded the company's international presence by signing agreements with partners in various European countries. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Finshape Czechia & Slovakia, focusing on digital transformation and optimization for banks and financial institutions.

Throughout their career, Armand Magharian has demonstrated their proficiency in sales, business development, and strategic planning, driving success and exceeding targets in each role. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Lebanese American University, attending from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Armand Magharian has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from PwC Czech Republic in 2017. Armand also acquired skills in various areas such as body language for leadership, creating and giving business presentations, sales coaching, and selling with stories through courses available on LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed the International Manager program at Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2016 and recently attended a MEDDPICC Masterclass from MEDDICC in 2022.
