Tomas Svajdler

Tomas Svajdler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tomas currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Finshape, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hello bank! ČR as Chief Operating Officer from July 2022 to October 2022, and as Operations Director from June 2017 to June 2022. Before joining Hello bank!, they were the Granting (CZ & SK) and Fraud Prevention (CZ) Director at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from April 2015 to May 2017. Tomas also held the roles of Granting (Underwriting) and Fraud Prevention Director from October 2014 to March 2015, and Processes development specialist at Cetelem - BNP Paribas Personal Finance from November 2012 to September 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Quality management system Engineer and Lean & Kaizen coordinator at FOXCONN CZ from June 2011 to October 2012. Tomas'searlier work experience includes roles such as Specialist of OHS and process at Horák a Menšík s.r.o., DASTT s.r.o., Truhlářství Lhotský from December 2010 to May 2011, and various positions in the Armed forces of the Czech Republic from 2000 to 2010. Tomas started their career as a Leader in the manufacture of carpentry at Služba škole from January 1997 to March 2000.

Tomas Svajdler holds a degree in Engineering (Ing.) from the Faculty of Economics and Management at CZU Prague. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including being a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, a Certified technician of OSH, and is a holder of the ECDL certificate. Tomas also has security clearance up to Secret level.
