Zsófia Pokorni

Zsófia Pokorni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Zsófia began their career as an Engagement Manager at IND Group, where they focused on developing online and mobile banking technology products. Zsófia then joined Misys, formerly known as IND Group, as an Engagement Manager, contributing to the transformation of the global financial services industry. Zsófia later joined Szallas.hu Kft as an HR Manager and Recruiter before transitioning to W. UP as an HR Recruiter. Zsófia eventually moved up to the role of HR Manager and Senior IT Recruiter at W. UP, where they played a key role in developing innovative fintech solutions for European banks. Currently, Zsófia serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Finshape HU, a fintech company formed through a merger between BSC and W. UP. Zsófia is responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the company's success in the personalized digital banking market.
