Patricia Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Country Head for Finstro in the Philippines since February 2020, Patricia previously held the position of Operations Director at Baycorp from August 2014 to January 2020.
