Patricia Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Country Head for Finstro in the Philippines since February 2020, Patricia previously held the position of Operations Director at Baycorp from August 2014 to January 2020. Prior roles include Head of Inbound Operations at BDO Unibank, overseeing a large team in the customer contact center, and Quality & Research Manager at Citi, where responsibilities included managing customer satisfaction research and quality assurance measures. Patricia's earlier career included positions at Pulse International and American Express, focused on business development and process improvement. Patricia holds a degree from the University of Sydney obtained between 1992 and 1994.
