Sheryar Nizar has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Sheryar began their career as a Software Engineer/Developer at Swiftem, where they analyzed design, developed, and enhanced Microsoft. Net projects. In 2006, they also joined aimINSIGHT Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Consultant and Senior Software Engineer, where they analyzed business, documented and developed BRD, SRS, and supported clients in SME, Health Sector (California Psychcare). In 2010, they worked as a Visiting Faculty (Computing) at SZABIST, teaching a course on Web Application Design and Modeling. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a System Architect at Legend Middle East LLC, designing and developing End-to-End Facility Management System that align with business goals. In 2013, they joined ADNOC Group as a Sr Project Manager, leading business process and workflow mapping/analysis. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Moneris and Datasoft Group of Companies as a Sr. Consultant - Payments Platform (SM) and Sr. Agile Business Analyst, respectively. During this time, they coached/mentored a cross functional team of 12 resources to deliver quality products, utilized Agile Scrum practices, and produced detailed user stories. Sheryar also joined FINTAINIUM\u2122 in 2019 as a Sr. Business Analyst. In 2019, they also founded Xonic Canada, where they serve as the Managing Director.

Sheryar Nizar has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET), obtained in 2006. Sheryar then went on to obtain a Master of Science from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology in 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto.
