Thiago Sa

Thiago Sa has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Thiago started their career in 2014 as an Information Systems Administrator and Developer at 3wowstudios, where they were responsible for frontend and backend system administration and development. Thiago then moved on to work as an Administrative Officer/Support/Developer at Prefeitura do Município de São Bernardo do Campo from 2015 to 2018, where they led the development of an online platform for mapping and registering students with disabilities.

In 2018, Thiago joined Trilogy as an L2 Technical Architect, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues while also providing technical solutions in multiple languages. Thiago later became a Technical Team Manager, overseeing a team of 30+ support architects and focusing on coaching and support.

Thiago's most recent position is as a Vice President of Technical Software Support, Head of Platform, and Head of Data at Trilogy, which they started in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for administering the Zendesk and JIRA platforms and implementing serverless logic in AWS. Thiago also develops automations to improve customer experience and team productivity.

In addition to their work at Trilogy, Thiago is currently working as a Front-end Software Engineer at AgileEngine, where they develop user-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript and builds reusable components.

Thiago Sa holds a postgraduate degree in Fullstack Development, Deployment, and Engineering from FIAP, which they obtained from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, Thiago attended FEI - Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Thiago also studied at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, focusing on a bachelor's degree in Law. Additionally, Thiago enrolled in Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

In terms of certifications, Thiago acquired a certification in Data Structures and Algorithms from Carnegie Mellon University in January 2022.
