Claudia Pretelt has been working in the events industry for over 15 years. Claudia started as an assistant manager at L&B Events Management, where they were in charge of office management and event logistics. Claudia then moved on to Forever Events, where they were an event coordinator. There, they coordinated details for several social events, managed invoices and event accounting, and negotiated and secured event space. In their current position as conference coordinator at Fintech Americas, they are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company's conferences, including registration, party gift distribution, and logistics.

Claudia Pretelt completed their undergraduate degree at Florida International University in Fine and Studio Arts. Claudia then went on to complete their Masters of Science in Hospitality Management at the same school.
