Orest Franchuk

Orest Franchuk is the General Counsel at Fintech Farm, where Orest deals with complex legal and regulatory issues in the development of a credit-focused banking super-app. Prior to this, Orest held roles at Joompay and the National Bank of Ukraine, where Orest managed various legal and compliance functions. With a background in transactional law, Orest has extensive experience working with major Ukrainian and international clients. Orest holds a Master of Laws degree in International Financial Law from King's College London and has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
