Ravi Sundaram has extensive work experience in the banking and fintech industries. Ravi is currently the Chief Representative India for Fintech Farm, a UK-based company that specializes in developing and deploying proprietary technology and business services platforms for NeoBanks. Prior to joining Fintech Farm in 2022, Ravi held the position of Project Director & Head Corporate Services VPD at Vietnam Prosperity Bank - VPBank where they played a pivotal role in building a digital business with various financial and customer engagement services. Ravi also has experience working at Opus Software Solutions & Artha Payment Solutions, Electracard Services, VOCAD, Opus Software / ElectraCard Services, Tata Consultancy Services Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Netfinex.com India, ANZ, and ANZ Grindlays Bank, holding various managerial and leadership roles throughout their career. Ravi's expertise lies in project management, digital banking, business development, and consulting.

Ravi Sundaram pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai. This took place between 1975 and 1979. Ravi furthered their education by completing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1980 to 1982.
