Michael O'Loughlin

Michael O'Loughlin is a seasoned professional in the fintech industry, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Fintech Saudi and holding the position of Chief Advisor - Financial Innovation at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). As the Founder of their own enterprise, oloughlin, and a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE), Michael O'Loughlin contributes significantly to the academic and practical aspects of financial technology. Additionally, involvement as a Board Member with the MENA Fintech Association highlights a commitment to the advancement of fintech initiatives in the region. Michael O'Loughlin is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Technological University Dublin, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & German was obtained.
