Dan Rogers

Dan Rogers has a strong background in finance and executive leadership, with extensive experience serving as Chief Financial Officer in various companies. Dan began their career in 2014, working as the Chief Financial Officer for Earnest LLC and later for KeepShopping.com. In 2016, they joined Simplee as the Chief Financial Officer, followed by a role as the Chief Financial Officer at endpoint Clinical from 2017 to 2019. Dan then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Helpshift from 2020 to 2022 and at Encircle Labs from 2019 to 2023. In 2021, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at both Newcourt Acquisition Corp. and Papaya Growth Opportunity I. Additionally, Dan served as an Advisory Board Member for FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of FINTECHFORCE, a role they have held since 2008.

Dan Rogers earned their BS degree in Geology from Lafayette College between 1988 and 1992. Dan then pursued an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from Penn State University, completing it in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Gilman School from 1984 to 1988.
