Alexandra Stoiean

Alexandra Stoiean has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, recruitment, and project management. Alexandra currently holds the position of VP of People at FintechOS since December 2022. Before that, they worked as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at FintechOS from January 2022 to December 2022. Prior to joining FintechOS, Alexandra served as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Regional) at FintechOS from January 2020 to January 2022. Alexandra was responsible for building the company's professional network, supervising the recruiting team, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Before FintechOS, they worked as a Senior Permanent Placement Consultant at The Adecco Group from April 2017 to January 2020, providing recruitment strategies and solutions to clients. Alexandra's previous experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Hogarth Worldwide from January 2015 to June 2017, Projects Coordinator at Grafica si Tipar - Design Studio & Printing House from July 2012 to January 2015, Sales & HR Consultant at Innerlook from November 2011 to July 2012, and Recruiter at G&G Recruitment from February 2009 to November 2011.

Alexandra Stoiean pursued their education from 2006 to 2010 at the Academy of Economical Studies in Bucharest. During this time, they obtained a degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange, earning the title of Economist.
