Bruno Tataren Sepulcri has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bruno is currently the Head of Growth at Fintoc, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, Bruno worked as an Advisor at Nau Investments, starting in January 2021.

Bruno initially served as the Head of Knowledge Business Unit, where they led fast product conception and Go To Market strategies, which generated income within 30 days. Bruno also created courses and innovation business missions to the USA and China, resulting in revenues over US$250,000 in the first year. Later, they took on the role of Fintech Business Consultant, assisting in the implementation of OKRs and agile methodologies for companies like Mercado Bitcoin, Remessa Online, and Modalmais Exchange. Bruno'scontributions helped accelerate growth and facilitate the IPO of the respective companies.
Bruno's early career includes founding and serving as the Head of Growth at Atados, the largest volunteering platform and corporate volunteering consulting organization in Latin America. Bruno was responsible for growth, product development, and finance during their tenure from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Bruno worked as a BI Analyst at Airu (Rocket Internet SE), a marketplace for small entrepreneurs, from June 2012 to June 2013. Bruno owned the Business Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management functions.
Prior to these roles, Bruno gained valuable experience as an M&A Intern at Camaya Partners, an investment firm focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, from August 2011 to February 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Credit Process Analyst at Itaú Unibanco, the largest bank in Brazil, from August 2009 to February 2011. In this role, Bruno was responsible for improving the bank's credit admission process through data analysis and process mapping.
Bruno Tataren Sepulcri attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Administração de Empresas. In 2011, they participated in a Business Administration Exchange Program at Universidad de Chile for one year.
