Jonathan Garbe, CFA

Jonathan Garbe, CFA has over nine years of experience in the finance industry. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Fintros, a company that enables financial services companies to hire people not applying to their jobs. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Investment Analyst at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan's Global Active Equities division, where they covered the North American Leisure market, initiated research coverage and defended theses on various companies, led meetings with senior management and sell side Research Analysts, and built and maintained complex financial models. Prior to that, they were a Research Analyst at Lightwater Partners from 2011 to 2012.

Jonathan Garbe, CFA graduated with a HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2010. In the same year, they obtained their Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). In 2014, they obtained their Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) from Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). In 2015, they obtained their CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute. In 2016, they obtained their Accredited Financial Modeler (AFM) from The Marquee Group.
