Rakesh Guleria

Rakesh Guleria has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rakesh currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at FINVASIA and Shoonya by Finvasia, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager at Nextgen Technology Limited from November 2015 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Manager - HR at Cogniter Technologies from May 2010 to November 2015. Rakesh also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at NIICTHR from July 2009 to May 2010. Rakesh began their career with an internship at NTPC in July 2008.

Rakesh Guleria completed their PGCHRM (Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration) from XLRI Jamshedpur in the year 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their MBA in Human Resource from Guru Nanak Dev University from the years 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Rakesh has obtained several certifications related to their field of study. In March 2021, they completed certifications in "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "HR as a Business Partner," and "Human Resources: Pay Strategy" from LinkedIn.
