Alberto Orihuela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alberto started their career at Wright Business Graphics as a Network Administrator intern, where they performed maintenance on network servers and client computers. At Kyocera, they worked as a CNC Machinist, programming and operating CNC cylindrical grinders and lathes to produce fine ceramic parts for the aerospace and semiconductor industries. Alberto also worked at Greyhound Pets of America as a Project Manager/Systems Analyst, successfully managing a systems analysis project to replace a manual inventory system.
Alberto later joined Signature Technology Group as a Customer Support Engineer, where they were responsible for unpacking and inspecting PCs, exchanging internal components, and deploying PCs. Alberto then worked as an A+ Certified Technician at Core Technology Solutions LLC, followed by a role as an Independent Contractor at OTC.
In 2008, Alberto joined VeriLAN Event Services, Inc. as a Network/Helpdesk Technician for a brief period. Alberto then transitioned to the role of Client Support Specialist/Senior Support Specialist at Finvi in 2009. Over the years, they took on various managerial positions at Finvi, including Telephony Support Manager, Manager of Client Services, and Manager of Support Services. In these roles, they focused on delivering outstanding service to clients, managing support teams, and developing strategies to mitigate downtime.
Currently, Alberto is working as a Senior Manager of Support Services at Finvi, where they lead and manages multiple support teams, collaborates with executive leadership on objectives, tracks performance, and ensures alignment with initiatives. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to coach teams towards positive outcomes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Alberto Orihuela began their education in 2002 at Clark College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Network Administration. Alberto attended Clark College until 2007. In 2006, Alberto enrolled in the College of Business and Economics at Washington State University, focusing on Management Information Systems. Alberto completed their studies at Washington State University in 2009. Alberto has also obtained various certifications, such as "Building Relationships While Working from Home" from LinkedIn in August 2022, and several cloud computing and sales-related certifications from LinkedIn in 2020.
