Amy Fraizer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Writer Intern at Ontario Systems, where they collaborated with a development team to create a quiz builder for clients. Amy also gained insights into the operations of a software company through daily meetings. From 2017 to 2019, Amy worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Gonzaga University, ensuring the smooth functioning of printers and laboratories while also handling computer imaging and hardware replacements. At Lite-Check, they held two roles. As a Technical Support and Web Maintenance employee from May 2021 to February 2022, Amy implemented a ticketing system, prevented email scams, and successfully led the transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for the entire company. Additionally, they completed two major projects. As a Software Tester from September 2020 to May 2021, Amy tested new software products and maintained consistent documentation. Amy utilized PDF and HTML files for this purpose. Most recently, in October 2022, Amy joined Finvi as a Software Engineer.
