Bryan Jablonski has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bryan started their career at iQor, where they served as the Assistant Vice President, overseeing initiatives to enhance organizational profitability. Later, they joined ConServe as the Assistant Director of Federal Contracts, where they monitored the CPCS contract for the Department of Education and implemented compliance standards. Bryan then worked as a consultant for M&T Bank, serving as an Enhanced Due Diligence QA Analyst, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Bryan continued their career at Capital Alliance Solutions, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the overall operational management. In 2015, Bryan co-founded The Bradonsky Group, taking on the role of Chief Business Development Officer, ensuring client satisfaction and providing leadership support. Bryan later joined M&T Bank as a Banking Consultant, specializing in the Paycheck Protection Program and Enhanced Due Diligence analysis. In their most recent role, Bryan joined Finvi as the Senior Solutions Consultant and later transitioned to the position of Client Success Director.

Bryan Jablonski earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economic Crime Investigation from Hilbert College, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. In August 2011, they obtained the Professional Collection Specialist (PCS) certification from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
