Instructional Designer at Finvi

Kaylah Hampton has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kaylah began their career as a Teacher at Aldine ISD in August 2018 and completed their tenure in June 2019. Kaylah then moved on to work as a Learning and Development Specialist at Money Management International from September 2019 to September 2020. During this role, they planned and executed training programs and conducted financial capability workshops. In August 2020, they joined Intel Corporation as an Instructional Designer Intern and remained there until May 2021. Kaylah then joined Carvana as an Instructional Designer in December 2020 and worked there until October 2022. Their most recent position is as an Instructional Designer at Finvi, starting in October 2022, where they are responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, evaluating, and maintaining e-learning and instructor-led training modules for Finvi products, services, and technology.

Kaylah Hampton completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Purdue University, graduating in 2018. Kaylah then pursued a Master of Science in Education degree, with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology, at Missouri State University from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning from the same institution in 2021. Additionally, Kaylah has obtained several certifications, including "Data-Driven Presentations with Excel and PowerPoint 2016," "PowerPoint 2016 Essential Training," "PowerPoint 2016: Animations," and "PowerPoint 2016: Shortcuts" from LinkedIn in May 2020. Kaylah also holds qualifications as a Teacher of Adult Education - Basic and General from the Arizona Department of Education, obtained in August 2019, and as a Classroom Teacher from both the Arizona Department of Education and the State of Indiana, obtained in August 2019 and January 2019, respectively.
