Michael Steward has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career as a Loan Officer at various lending institutions, where they sold primary and secondary mortgage loans and also held supervisory and management roles. Michael then moved on to work at GST Telecom as a Commercial Credit/Collection Analyst, where they provided credit analysis and was responsible for profitability and collections efforts in 13 western states.

After that, Michael joined Columbia Ultimate as a Business Analyst/Trainer and later became a Product Manager for various software products. Michael then transitioned to the role of New Client Care, where they implemented and supported new clients, acting as a liaison between clients, project management, and development teams. Michael eventually became a Client Relations Executive, responsible for the health, happiness, and financials of over 110 nationwide clients.

Michael joined Ontario Systems when it merged with Columbia Ultimate, and they became an Account Sales Manager, focusing on promoting Ontario System products and services to clients and helping them achieve increased productivity, efficiency, and revenue. Michael then moved on to become a Client Relationship Executive, providing service to former Columbia Ultimate clients and managing over 90 clients.

Currently, Michael is working at Finvi as a Client Success Manager. Michael serves in a sales and account management capacity, responsible for over 250 nationwide clients.

Michael Steward obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University, from 1985 to 1989. Michael also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Sales: Customer Success in March 2023, Cultivating Mental Agility in September 2022, Building Relationships While Working from Home in August 2022, Customer Success Management Fundamentals in March 2022, and Embracing Unexpected Change in January 2021.
